Towards the end of 2019 when work was crazy busy and I was already lagging on a bunch of deliverables, I get a phone call from the groom that he's looking for a photographer for his wedding which is about 10 days away and I gave him all the information about how I operate. If you know me well, I never say No to gigs unless I'm booked out. Having never heard back from any of the wedding party, I never considered it to be a viable lead. I was a little bummed initially because the location (Shiva Vishnu temple in Livermore, CA)was right in my backyard. To my surprise, a day before the wedding, one of the groom's friends called me requesting to see if I was still available. Fortunately, I still was and I bagged the client.
This is a very well known venue and I have already shot here a few times so I was ready to roll. I carried all my gear including the new AD 200 PRO and Mag box. I was in total love on how the photos turned out. It was a real simple south Indian wedding ceremony with nothing extravagant and much simpler decor. the priest as usual delivered the best of rituals and it was all "happily ever after". Enjoy a few photos from the ceremony.
